Gavin 1 day old

Gavin is finally here. Now that I finally have some time to blog he is 4 weeks old. He is growing like a weed. Today has been a wonderful day. We had a good night, no fussiness that went on longer then 1 hour. We have been dealing with alot of gas and fussiness, but Im praying that is getting better. His doctor gave him some Zantac for acid reflux so we will try that also. Kaeley is adjusting to him well. She sings to him and loves him. She has asked me if I love Gavin more then her, it broke my heart. Or course not. I love having a little boy. I cant believe 4 weeks have passed by already. Heres some pictures of him.

OUT LITTLE MAN IS COMING

I started having painful contractions last night, and then this morning they were 5 min apart for 5 hours, called doctor and they wanted to see me, went in and they stopped of course, they checked me and said I was in the early stages of labor, and will probably go this weekend, not even 20 min after I left the office the contractions started again and they are every 5 min and getting very painful, I will be heading to hospital this evening. Keep us in your prayers.

5 days left

Well after my doctors appt on Tue, I had contractions all night every 5-7 minutes, they stopped at 5:30 am and that's when I finally fell asleep. I'm so tired. Now I have a few contractions here and there. If I don't go on my own, they will induce me Wed July 22nd. I just pray here comes soon. This is so different from having Kaeley I had her at 38 weeks. Just please keep us in your prayers that everything goes good. I will keep you updated. Love Shawna

39 weeks

Well I had my 39 week doctor appt. today, I haven't gained a pound in 4-5 weeks, still weigh 117#. I have measured 37cm for my last 3 visits. The baby has no more room. They put me on the fetal monitor today and everything was good. They checked me and now I'm dilated to 3 cm and 80% effaced. They striped my membranes and said it could be any day now. I'm now having alot of contractions tonight. I cant believe its almost over now. Here are some pictures. Pray for us that everything goes well.

2 1/2 weeks left

Well I went to the doctor last week at 36 weeks and I was 2 cm dilated and 50% effaced. They said I could go anytime. Im praying this little guy will stay in until 39 week at least, so he is not to little and strong and healthy. I have been very tired lately, and short of breathe.
I got everything pretty much ready. Just need to wash some more things and get carset in car. My packs are packed. Kaeley is asking everyday when the baby is coming. I know she is excited but I wish she understood what it will be like.

4 weeks left and counting

I am now 36 weeks pregnant. The time sure flys by. I just got done decorating the babys room, I had so much fun. I love to decorate. I will post a picture soon. Overall I fell pretty good. I have heartburn, back pain and cant stand for long peorids of time, but that is expected. I just love being pregnant. I will be very sad when its over but glad to hold my new baby. Since this is our last baby it will be hard I know, but Im so blessed and thinkful that I ever got pregnant. God has been so good to us and has given us the desires of our heart.

Kaeley is asking everyday when the baby is coming, she recently has started playing with her baby dolls, dressing them, feeding them bottles etc. I hope she is still excited then the baby is actually here, and when is reliazes how much time the baby will take up.
